Duquesne's women's swimming team dropped a 116-89 decision to visiting Buffalo Friday afternoon at Towers Pool.

Freshman Monique Lefort, sophomore Kirstie Shumaker and senior Katrina Streiner each won races.

Lefort captured the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:09.95, Shumaker was first in the 200-yard butterfly in 2:11.29 and Streiner touched first in the 100-yard freestyle in 53.32.

The Dukes return to action on Saturday, Nov. 1 as they travel to Bucknell for a 2:00 pm meet.
