Duquesne's golf team used a day-two team score of 304 to improve to a sixth place finish at the Robert Morris Invitational. Senior Brendan Madden, who had the second best round of the tournament on day two with a 72, led the Dukes.
Madden had a two-day score of 82-72-154, sophomore Ben Wolfe followed with a 79-76-155, junior Mike Hartman was next with an 83-75-158 and senior Drew Ellis added a 78-81-159.
The Dukes wrap up the fall season on Oct. 27-28 as they compete in the Mount St. Mary's Invitational.
