Dukes Finish Courtyard by Marriott Invitational Undefeated

PITTSBURGH - Jenni Gross landed a kill in the fifth game of Saturday's match against Bucknell to give the Dukes a 3-2 victory and a perfect 3-0 record in the 2007 Courtyard by Marriott Invitational.

Dana McLaughlin set a career-high with 22 kills in the win over Bucknell (3-3). Jessica Artman had a personal-best 18 kills and Chelsea Tillotson has a season-high 45 assists. Amy Palko led DU with 23 digs.

The Dukes (5-1) had victories over UNC Greensboro earlier in the day and over North Dakota State last night. Both matches were won in five games.

The Dukes return to the Palumbo Center Tuesday night against Pittsburgh. Match time is 7:00 p.m.
