The Duquesne University wrestling team went 2-2 at the East Region Duals at Slippery Rock Saturday afternoon. The Dukes defeated Gardner-Webb, 24-14 and Delaware State, 34-7 before falling to eventual champion Millersville, 22-15 and host Slippery Rock, 28-10. Senior Marc Allemang went 4-0 on the day and improved to 35-6 on the season, a new DU record for wins. Fellow senior Jon Denk, junior Keith Pavlekovsky and sophomore Rob Dempsey all went 3-1 on the day.

The Red and Blue return to the mat on Tuesday, Feb. 15 as they travel to Duke to face the host Blue Devils as well as Campbell.
