The Duquesne wrestling team opened its 2005-06 season with 11 individuals competing in the Slippery Rock Open on Nov. 5.

Seven DU wrestlers managed to capture at least two wins led by redhsirt sophomore Cody Midlam who went 3-1 with two pins at 157 pounds and junior Jared Ricotta who went 3-1 with one pin at 174 pounds.

The Red and Blue return to the mat on Saturday, Nov. 12 as they travel to the 24th Annual WVU Classic.
