Results

Duquesne's men's swimming team improved its record to 2-1 on the season with a 112-85 win over visiting Shippensburg Friday evening at Towers Pool.

Senior Hugo Erse and junior Clayton Dean each won two races for the Red and Blue as Erse took gold in the 200-yard individual medley and in the 200-yard butterfly while Dean captured first in the 100-yard freestyle and the 200-yard backstroke. Junior Ed Wicker and Scott Darwin helped the Dukes to two relay wins while sophomore Ian Walsh won the 100-yard freestyle and helped win the 200-yard freestyle relay.

The Red and Blue return to the water on Friday, Nov. 4 as they host West Virginia at 6:00 pm at Towers Pool.
