The Duquesne golf team opened the spring portion of its schedule with a 14th place finish out of 24 teams at the George Washington Invtational. The Dukes posted a two-day team score of 632.
Junior Mike Namey paced the Red and Blue with a 73-78-151 which was good for a tie for 20th place in the 125-golfer field.
The Dukes return to the links on Friday, April 2 as they take part in the two-day, 54-hole Cleveland State Invitational.
