St. Bonaventure, N.Y. - Duquesne University's men's swimming team suffered their first loss of the season Saturday afternoon to St. Bonaventure by a 157-80 score at the Bonnies' Reilly Center Pool. The Dukes are now 3-1 while St. Bonaventure evened their record to 1-1.

The Dukes took five races led by sophomore Ed Wicker's wins in the 50 yard and 100 yard freestyle events. Other winners: Hugo Erse in the 200 yard butterfly, freshman Clayton Dean in the 200 yard freestyle and fellow frosh Scott Darwin in the 200 yard backstroke.

Duquesne's next match is on Saturday, November 15 when the travel to Akron, Ohio to take on Wright State and Clarion.
