The women's rowing team finished in eighth place at the Verizon Atlantic 10 Women's Rowing Championship Saturday afternoon on the Cooper River in Collingswood, NJ. The Dukes, who gathered eighth points in the nine-school competition, brought home a silver medal for their third place finish in Quad Grand Final.
Massachusetts won the conference title for the seventh straight year and Dayton's head coach Mike Miles was named the Coach of the Year.
The Dukes compete next weekend in the MACRA Championships in Athens, Ohio.
