Cross Country
- Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference with an 11th place finish (24:32.3 – PR) at conference championship meet (8k)
- Led the Dukes at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (10k) with a personal-best 31:05.9 finishing 54th
- Ran six meets … Was team leader in four of the six meets … Charted personal-best times in each of final three meets
- Won the season-opening meet at Saint Francis (3.73M) with an 18:58.2
- Finished fourth at Bowling Green’s Falcon Invitational (8k) with a then-PR 24:56.3
As a Junior (2022-23)
Track and Field
- IC4A/ECAC Qualifier in the 1500m
- Competed in seven meets in the 1500m and 5000m with one appearance in the 4x1500m relay
- Ran in the 5000m at A-10 Championships
- Posted personal-best 5000m at Colonial Relays (4/1) with a 14:44.82 in 3rd place
- Recorded personal-best 3:55.02 in 3rd place of the 1500m at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational (4/22)

- Finished a season-best 9th at Father Bede Invitational (19:38.4 – 3.73m)
As a Sophomore (2021-22)
Track and Field
- Competed in eight meets in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, and 4x800m relay
- Ran in the 1500m and 4x800m relay at the A-10 Championships
- PR’d in the 800m at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational (4/23) with a 1:58.61
- Took third in the 3000m at the Robert Morris Mid-Week Bonanza (4/6)

- 56th out of 127 at A-10 Championships (26:04.2 - 8K)
- 98th out of 181 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (33:13.5 - 10K)
As a Freshman (2020-21)
Track and Field
- Competed in three meets in the 1500m and one appearance on the 4x400m relay team
