Personal
- Was a four-year letterwinner as a right-side hitter for head coach Mallori Perry at Blue Springs South High School in Blue Springs, Mo.
- Led her team to four consecutive conference titles, two runner-up showings at the state tournament, and a third-place finish at the state tournament.
- Earned All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference honors as a senior.
- Competed in the 22nd annual MOKAN All-Star Game, pitting the top-12 Kansas City, Mo. area players against the top-12 Kansas City, Kan. area players.
- Daughter of Randy and Lori Gish. Randy played football and Lori played basketball at Missouri for four seasons.
- Majored in communications at Tennessee Tech.
- Was a multiple time Athletic Director's Honor Roll and OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll member while at TTU.
