Clarion Results / Millersville Results

Duquesne's wrestling team split a pair of dual match decisions Saturday afternoon at Clarion. The Dukes fell to the host Golden Eagles, 40-3 but bounced back to defeat Millersville, 25-21.

In the opening match versus Clarion, 125-pound junior Billy Chamberlain was the lone Duke to win, taking a 4-3 decision.

In the nightcap, Chamberlain, junior Jayk Cobbs and sophomore Matt Gregg each won with Cobbs recording a win by fall. Junior Tony Lascari and senior John Simmons each won by forfeit.

The Dukes return to the mat on Friday, Jan. 30 as they travel to Franklin & Marshall for a 7:00 pm match.
