Duquesne's men's swimming team lost at Bucknell on Saturday, 158-130. The Dukes won eight of the 12 individual races and one of the two relays, but couldn't overcome the points the Bison posted in diving.
Edward LeBlanc, Jim O'Hara and Ian Walsh each won two races. LeBlanc won the 100-yard freestyle in 46.92 and the 200-yard individual medley in 1:55.27. O'Hara won the 200-yard freestyle in 1:43.46 and the 100-yard butterfly in 51.19. Walsh won the 100-yard breaststroke in 58.26 and the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:11.00.
Also winning races were Roman Becicka with a 9:44.27 in the 1,000-yard freestyle and Dan Doyle with a 1:58.91 in the 200-yard butterfly.
The Dukes return to action on Friday, Nov. 14 as they travel to Clarion for a 4:00 pm meet.
