Duquesne's wrestling team remained perfect at home in 2007-08 with a 46-3 victory over visiting Waynesburg Wednesday evening at the Palumbo Center. The Dukes captured five wins by forfeit and earned victories in four of the five remaining five weight classes.

Leading 18-3 after the first four bouts, freshman Nathan Reinhart pinned his opponent at 157 pounds for a 24-3 lead. Senior Cody Midlam followed with a 4-1 victory at 165 pounds and forfeits at 174 and 184 gave the Red and Blue a 39-3 advantage.

The Dukes closed with wins in the final two bouts as junior Scott Black won a major decision at 197 pounds by a score of 15-2 and senior Joe D'Orsie wrapped things up with a 5-2 triumph at heavyweight.

The Red and Blue return to the mat on Friday, January 25 as they travel to Clarion to face the host Golden Eagles and Wagner at 5:30 pm.
