Also competed in discus (five times) and shot put (twice), including both at the A-10 Championships finishing 12th in each event

BEFORE DUQUESNE

PA State medalist in the javelin and discus out of Punxsutawney Area High School, throwing 151-6 to take javelin silver as a senior
Multiple-time PIAA District 9 champion in discus, setting the District 9 3A meet record of 129-2 as a senior, and also won the javelin as a senior
Earned the AAA James Manners Award for scoring the most points in the 3A classification at the District 9 Championship meet with titles in javelin and discus and a second-place finish in shot put as a senior
Set the school record in javelin and was a three-time team MVP
Won a national title in javelin at the USA Track & Field Youth Outdoor Championships following her freshman high school season
