- This will be the first look at the full 2024-25 Duquesne squad after nine athletes competed in the season opener at Wingate University on Sept. 1.
- Rachele Lavagno and Isabelle Bannister made their Duquesne debuts with seventh and eighth place finishes in the A-wave, while Vivien Mattice, Sophie Brandwene and Kate Potashnik took 19th, 20th and 21st in the B-wave finals at the modified SuperSprint Kickoff event.
- Robyn Hunt is the top ranked Duke, returning for her sophomore season after finishing 65th (out of 208) at the national championships a year ago and ranking 66th out of the top 100 NCAA triathletes.
- Abby Kreber was also ranked 100th as a freshman.
- Duquesne totals 10 returners, six freshmen and two transfers on the 2024-25 roster.
- Last year at the home race, DU was fourth with 110 points ... Hunt (17th), Alaina Hicks (27th) and Kreber (29th) all placed in the top 30 in the inaugural race.
CTCA PRESEASON POLL
- The Dukes were ranked 9th in the national College Triathlon Coaches Association Preseason Poll ... In DU's inaugural season last year, they finished 14th in the national poll as a team and had four athletes in the top-100 individuals.

Prairie State Cup hosted by Millikin University in Clinton, Ill.
