#DuqWTennis Opens Fall Season at CMU Invite

QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's tennis team opened the 2014 Fall season last weekend at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. In addition to the host Tartans, Saint Francis also participated in the three-day event. In singles, the Dukes went 12-7 overall. Megan Wasson (3-0), Sara Mitrovic (2-0), Spencer Caravaggio (2-0), Kylie Isaacs (2-0) and Chandler Consonery (1-0) all went undefeated. The team of Wasson and Consonery were 2-0 in doubles.

UP NEXT: The Dukes return to the court on Friday for the three-day Akron Shootout. The Dukes will face UMBC in singles and Texas State in doubles on Friday. The following day, the Dukes play Texas State in singles and Akron in doubles. Sunday, Duquesne will play Akron in singles and UMBC in doubles.
