THE EVENT: The Duquesne men's tennis team played in the Penn Invitational Sept. 27, 28, 29 in Philadelphia. In the 16-team event, the Dukes fell to Penn in the opening round, defeated Norfolk State and Binghamton in the backdraw, before falling to Temple in the backdraw finals. Singles and doubles were played in the Penn, Norfolk State and Binghamton matches and only singles were played in the Temple match.
