St. Bonaventure, N.Y. - Duquesne University's men's tennis team opened the 2007-08 season Friday afternoon with a pair of victories at the three-day St. Bonaventure Fall Classic.

The Dukes topped Youngstown State, 5-1, in their singles match, and downed the host Bonnies, 2-1, in doubles.

Play will continue Saturday with Duquesne taking on host St. Bonaventure in singles and meeting Youngstown State in doubles. The Bonnies and Penguins will face each other in a singles contest.
