Hannah Hilgeman joined the Duquesne University Sports Medicine staff as an athletic trainer in August 2026 and works with both the triathlon and women’s lacrosse programs.
Prior to joining the Dukes, Hilgeman served as the athletic trainer for the Ohio University wrestling team in Athens, Ohio. She is a 2021 graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training as well as minor in coaching. Hilgeman also earned a Master of Art in Physical Education at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she was also the athletic trainer for the wrestling and sprit squad programs. Hilgeman also earned her Doctorate of Athletic Training from Ohio University in May of 2026.
Hilgeman is certified by the Board of Certification and is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania by the PA State Board of Medicine.
