Alyson Londot joined the Duquesne volleyball coaching staff in January of 2024 and enters her 2nd season as an assistant coach in 2025.

Londot, a native of Utica, Ohio, joins the Dukes after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Western Illinois. The Leathernecks qualified for the 2023 Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Tournament and during the regular season earned road league wins over SIUE, Morehead State and UT Martin.

As an assistant coach at Western Illinois, Londot was instrumental in the development of outside hitter Keyana Cruse, who was named to the 2023 All-OVC First Team after ranking fifth in the OVC in per set averages in both kills (3.50) and points (4.07). Cruse led the Leathernecks during the year with 403 kills in 29 matches while also producing 361 digs (3.14 per set), 67 blocks and a .211 attack percentage.

Londot is a 2021 graduate of Robert Morris, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communication as well as a Master of Science in organizational leadership. Across five seasons at RMU as an outside hitter, Londot accrued career totals of 788 kills, 491 digs, 40 service aces and 88 blocks while recording an attack percentage of .150. In her rookie campaign with the Colonials in 2017, Londot tallied 260 kills and 272 digs across 110 sets.

In addition to playing at RMU, Londot coached for Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Club from 2018 to 2022. While with Pittsburgh Elite, Londot organized practice plans while teaching players from ages 10 to 18 the foundational skills of volleyball.

From a volleyball family, Londot's mother, Laurie, was the first All-American in program history at Louisville, while her sister, Rachel, played collegiately at LIU Post, and her other sister, Emily, has one more season of eligibility at Ohio State. Emily Londot has earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Region Team honors each of her four seasons with the Buckeyes and was a unanimous selection in 2023 for the All-Big Ten First Team.
