Indoor Track & Field

• Competed in seven meets
• Finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the A-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Set a personal record in the 60-meter hurdles (8.81 seconds) at SPIRE in a first-place finish … good for fifth in program history
• Set a personal record in the 200 meters (26.32 seconds) at SPIRE

AS A FRESHMAN (2024)

• Competed in 14 events 

• Competed in 2024 IC4A/ECAC Outdoor T&F Championships  

• Finished 2nd in the 400M hurdle in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships 

• Competed in the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships 

BEFORE DUQUESNE

• Ran at Woodridge High School under coach Jeff Howard
• Finished as state champions in 2023, won the regional championship in 2022 and 2023, and won the district championship in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
• Individual state champion in the 300mH in 2023, All-Ohio in the 300mH from 2021-2023, All-Ohio in the 100mH in 2022 and 2023, All-Ohio in the 4x400m relay in 2022 and 2023, and school records in the 100mH, 300mH, and 4x400m relay.
