2026 A-10 BRONZE MEDALIST – 400-YARD MEDLEY RELAY
As a Freshman (2025-26)
- Member of the 200 freestyle relay team that took bronze at the A-10 Championships (1:31.46), also broke the school record in the same event
- Was a member of the 400 medley relay team that took bronze at A-10 Championships (3:41.47)
- Member of the 200 medley relay team that broke the school record at A-10 Championships
- Named A-10 Rookie of the Week once (10/21)
- Holds the third fastest time in program history in the 50 freestyle (22.96)
- Anchor of the 200 freestyle relay team that took 13th at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships (1:33.22)
- Took first in the 50-yard free against St. Bonaventure (23.82)
- In a tri-meet vs. Marchall & Bowling Green, took second in the 50 (23.93) and 100 (52.55) freestyle
- Finished in third in the 50 free (23.60) in a tri-meet against West Virginia and Villanova
- At the Richmond Duals, took gold in the 50 and 100-yard (52.13) freestyle
- Anchored the 400 medley relay team that captured first at the Richmond Duals
Before Duquesne
- Swam at Keller High School for head coach Jamie Shults
- Is a four-time All-State selection and has earned Academic All-American honors for four consecutive seasons
- Swam for Lakeside Aquatics Club
- Holds the 200-freestyle record at Keller High School and at Lakeside Aquatics Club
- Captured the 6A UIL state record and is state champion in 200 freestyle relay
- Was involved in National Honor Society as well as Vice President class officer
- Graduated in top 10 percent of her class and was an AP scholar with distinction

- Her uncle Ben Menges, played baseball at the Air Force Academy
