As a Freshman (2024-25)
- Holds the fourth best time in program history in the 50-yard freestyle (23.08)
- Holds the sixth fastest time at Duquesne in the 100 free (50.66)
- Member of the 200-free relay team that finished 5th at the A-10 Championships (1:32.58)
- Member of 200-medley relay (1:40.64) & 400-yard free relay (3:22.34) that took 5th at the A-10 Championships
- Anchored the 400 medley relay team that took 10th at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship (3:42.08)
- Tallied the 7th fastest time in the 100-yard butterfly during the CSCAA Time Trials (57.26)
- Swam the last leg of the 400 medley relay team that took gold at the Western PA Invite (3:35.93)
- Member of the 200 medley relay (1:47.42) & 200 free relay (1:38.73) team that finished 2nd at the Western PA Invite
- Secured bronze in the 50-yard freestyle at the Richmond Duals (24.01)
Before Duquesne
- Competed at Upper St. Clair for head coach Dave Schraven
- Is an eight-time All-American while also earning Scholastic All-American Status
- Is a 16x WPIAL medalist while being a 10x state medalist
- Won four individual WPIAL Championships
- Holds four Upper St. Clair records
- Was named Upper St. Clair Athlete of the year in 2023-24
- Helped the Panthers to a section title in 2023-24
- Was in National Honors Society
- Volunteered for the South Hill Special Olympics

- Is the daughter of Holly and Christopher Connors
- Has two sisters (Lauren), (Taylor)
- Sister Taylor swims at Miami (Ohio) while sister Lauren swam at Saint Vincent University and aunt Susan Connors swam at Virginia Tech
