Fink joined the Duquesne staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2020-21 season.
She served as a volunteer assistant during the 2019-20 campaign after two years as a student assistant while enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program on The Bluff.
During those two seasons as a student assistant, she helped the Dukes win their first two Atlantic 10 Championships in program history in 2018 and '19.
In her first season as assistant coach, the Dukes posted a second-place finish at the 2020-21 A-10 Championship for Duquesne's seventh-straight top-three finish at the conference championship meet. The Dukes recorded a score of 539 points keyed by five medal-winning performances by both Hanna Everhart and Audrey Steen to go with five program record-breaking showings as a team. In addition, Emma Brinton capped her decorated Duquesne career taking home four medals.Â
The Bridgeville, Pa. native joined the coaching staff after a four-year standout career in the pool for the Dukes. She achieved school-record times in both the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke and still owns three all-time top-10 marks in program history in the 100 back, 200 back and 100-yard breaststroke.
Fink helped Duquesne to a pair of second-place finishes in 2016 and '17 at the A-10 Swimming and Diving Championship, tallying the two highest point totals in program history at the league championship meet at that time. She was a four-year finals qualifier for the Dukes at the A-10 Championship, highlighted by a fourth-place finish in the 100 back in 2016.
