Katherine Wieckowski joined the Duquesne University Sports Medicine Staff in October 2019 working with the women’s basketball and women’s bowling programs.
Wieckowski completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Duquesne University in 2017. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Ariz. in 2019. During this time she completed a graduate assistantship at Phoenix College where she worked primarily with the football, women’s volleyball, baseball, and softball teams.
Wieckowski is certified by the Board of Certification and is license to practice as an athletic trainer in the state of Pennsylvania by the state Board of Medicine.
A native of Pittsburgh, Wieckowski resides in Oakland.
