AT BOWLING GREEN
Averaged 0.8 points and 0.2 rebounds in 10 contests in 2004 as a sophomore ...was plagued with an injury most of the latter season ... as a freshman, she saw action in 27 outings off the bench and averaged 3.3 points and 0.8 rebounds a game while shooting 92 percent from the line (12-13), 41 percent from behind the arc (19-46) and 37 percent overall from the field (29-77) ... led her Falcons team in scoring twice, including a career-best 22 points vs. Savannah State in 2003.

A four-year letterwinner at Valley High School, Smith was a four-time Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) All-Section pick and reigned as the Valley News-Dispatch Player of the Year as a junior averaging 20.3 ppg ... led her Vikings to a 22-4 overall record as a senior and averaged 16.7 points, 6.0 assists and 5.0 rebounds per game ... helped Valley to a share of the 2000-01 WPIAL Section 1-AAA title and became the school[apos]s all-time leading scorer that year as well ... participated in the Reebok All-America Camp.
