- At check-out you will select "Mobile" as the delivery option.
- After you complete your transaction, you will receive an email to the email address listed on the ticket account with the subject: "Your Duquesne Athletics Mobile Tickets Have Arrived!"
- Note: If you cannot locate in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
- For season tickets or multiple tickets for a single event, tickets will come all in one email.
- An individual link will be sent for each event in which you purchased tickets. Click the game link to the tickets you would like to download.
- Download tickets to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay Wallet (Android).
- Click "add" in the upper right-hand corner to add to your wallet.
- Note: It is highly recommended for fans to download your tickets prior to arriving at Rooney Field or UMPC Cooper Fieldhouse. This ensures you do not experience, cell phone reception and Wi-Fi connectively when trying access the tickets in your wallet.
- The ticket will be added to your wallet to scan at the entrance.
- Note: Please do not print the digital tickets on paper. The barcode is only made to scan on a digital device.
