2009-10 INDOOR SEASON
Career-best 100.17 in the 400m at the Akron invitational ... career-best 9.72 in the 60m hurdles at the Bucknell Bison Open ... personal record 1:21.30 in the 500m at the Penn State Indoor Relays ... personal-best 2:21.27 and 3016 in the pentathlon at the 2010 Atlantic Indoor 10 Championships.
2009 OUTDOOR SEASON
Second at the VMI Carnival in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:06.36 ... season best 1:06.15 in the 400m hurdles at the Bucknell Team Challenge.
2008-09 INDOOR SEASON
Placed 10th at the Golden Flash Gala in the 500m with a time of 1:23.02 ... tied for fifth at the Akron Open in the high jump with a distance of 5-0.25.
2008 OUTDOOR SEASON
