- Finished fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (5:05.84), seventh in the 200-yard freestyle (1:56.11) and 10th in the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.38) at the Western Pennsylvania Invitational
- Recorded second-place showings in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:08.10) and 200-yard IM (2:09.19) in win over Saint Francis U
- Paced the 400-yard IM (4:36.13) in victory over MarshallÂ
- Registered time of 2:21.00 in 200-meter IM at 2019 Toyota U.S. Open Championship
- Finished third in 400-yard IM (4:24.84) at Liberty TYR '85 Invitational
- Named A-10 Rookie of the Week after pacing the 1,650-yard freestyle at the A-10 Classic with a time of 17:43.62
- Also bested swimmers from George Mason, La Salle and Saint Louis in the 200-yard IM (2:07.76) and 400-yard IM (4:30.51) with second-place showings in those events
- Was part of Duquesne's 400-yard medley relay team which posted a fourth-place finish in the event with a mark of 3:58.26
- Won both the 1,650-yard freestyle (17:56.99) and 400-yard IM (4:36.47) against George Mason at the Richmond Duals
Before Duquesne
- Swam for Newark Charter and head coach Kurtis Wittman
- Helped Patriots to back-to-back state championships in 2018 and '19
- Named Delaware Girls Swimmer of the Year as a junior in 2018
- Finished high school career with seven first-place finishes at DIAA state championship meet
- Was a four-time all-state selection
- Also swam for the Delaware Swim Team and head coach Scot Budde
- Was a member of the cross country/track & field teams
- Garnered First Team All-State cross country honors as an eighth grader in 2014

- Daughter of Michelle and Jefferey Menzer
- Has two sisters (Emma & Kate) and two brothers (Jake & Alec)
- Brother - Jake swam at Ursinus and brother - Alec at Swarthmore
- Was a member of the Future Health Professionals, National Honor Society and Christian Hospital Volunteer Program in high school
