Washington, D.C. – Duquesne's Mia Gartley has been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.

Gartley earned the weekly honor after leading the Dukes in her first career collegiate 6k at the RMU Colonial Invitational, finishing 46th overall in 24:49.4.

The Dukes return to action Friday at the National Catholic Invitational, hosted by the University of Notre Dame.
