PITTSBURGH – Duquesne's
Robyn Hunt, Eliza Miller,
Kate Potashnik, and Andie Psilopoulos have been named Honorable Mention Scholar All-Americans by the College Triathlon Coaches Association (CTCA).
These honors recognize athletes who competed at the
2024 Collegiate Triathlon National Championships in Clermont, Florida, while maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Honorable Mention recipients finished outside the top 21 of their division but demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
Miller (36th place), Hunt (53rd), and Potashnik (58th) were Duquesne's top-three finishers at nationals, with Psilopoulos placing 60th.
In the classroom, Potashnik holds a 4.0 GPA in physical therapy, Hunt has a 3.85 GPA in finance, while first-years Miller and Psilopoulos have earned GPAs of 3.60 in biochemistry and 3.94 in physical therapy, respectively.
This marks the second consecutive season Hunt and Potashnik have earned Honorable Mention Scholar All-American recognition.
