Duquesne University director of athletics Greg Amodio announced today the hiring of Dennis Cuturic and Jared Kramer. Cuturic had been named assistant strength and conditioning coach while Kramer has been named assistant director of marketing / ticket sales and service.
Cuturic comes to Duquesne after serving one year as assistant strength and conditioning coach at Cleveland State. He assisted and developed programming for men's and women's basketball, softball, volleyball, golf and men's and women's tennis. A 2007 graduate of Cleveland State, he served as a graduate assistant at Utah State for a year and a half as he pursued his master's degree in corporate wellness. While there, he was the lead assistant for football, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's track & field.
Kramer comes to Duquesne from SportsMark Management Group where he has served as ticket manager for the past 10 months. During that time, he managed the ticket inventory for the 2010 Winter Olympics and World Cup events, including distribution, record keeping and financial summaries. Prior to SportsMark, Kramer was an employee of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 2003 to 2009, holding positions in customer service, client relations and e-marketing. A 2002 graduate of Duquesne, he also assisted in the Duquesne athletics box office during the 2009-10 season.
