Red and Blue Finish Second at National Catholic Meet

Results

The Duquesne University men's cross country team finished second to only host Notre Dame at the 28th annual National Catholic Championship. The Dukes finished ahead of third place Dayton and 32 other Catholic schools.

Junior Josh Eddy placed first for the Dukes and sixth overall with a time of 25:18. Close behind was fellow junior Derek Dutille who was seventh in 25:24. Senior E.J. Robertson and junior Shane Sarver rounded out DU's top four in 17th and 18th place.

The Red and Blue return to action on Friday, Sept. 28 as they compete in the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh.
