QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's soccer season ended with a 2-0 loss to La Salle on Friday night at Rooney Field.

The Dukes had the game's first scoring chance when Linnea Faccenda's shot almost got past Explorers keeper Jessica Wiggins. The half remained scoreless until Deja Davis' shot was saved by Duquesne keeper Devon Tabata, but the rebound was touched in by Kristin Haugstad with five seconds remaining until halftime.

LAS added an insurance goal in the 61st minute when Jessika Hagan's cross found Kelsey Haycook for the score.

Wiggins turned away Ashley Nater's attempt in the 77th minute.

Tabata finished the match with six saves.

Duquesne ends the year 5-10-3 and 2-5-1 in Atlantic 10 Conference play.
